Programme secretariat for the Lighthouse-projects

During autumn 2004, there has been established five municipal lighthouse-projects. These shall last three years in addition to the already established SES@m Tromsø-project.

Background

The lighthouse-projects shall have national innovative character, which can be used by other municipals and involve testing of concrete initiatives for electronic cooperation. The Lighthouses shall identify needs, potential gain and possible solutions for electronic cooperation within municipal health-and social services and between the social service and special health service.

The projects shall stimulate others by visualizing opportunities and documenting the gains. The projects shall contribute to increased knowledge on gains and expenses, but also barriers with introduction to this type of solutions. Spreading of experience will be central in the programme with an aim to achieve a mutual and well- known foundation of knowledge for electronic cooperation in the municipal health-and social services.

Project description

The Programme secretariat shall during this time follow up and have the responsibility to support the Lighthouse-projects - both professionally and administratively with coordination of practical arrangements.

Assignments for the programme would be making sure that there is a co-ordinated holistic development, and being a discussion partner for the individual project and more.

The programme will both act in accordance with, and follow the advice from the "Samrådsgruppen" and the needs/expectations from the Lighthouse municipals.

Project period

01.10.2004 - 31.12.2007
