Renewing Health
Project description
Renewing Health has 9 participating regions all over Europe. All of these are performing a large scale pilot evaluation of self help tools in combination with health services. In Norway we are running a solution where we are cooperating with diabetes type 2 patients for test and evaluation. The objective is to get experiences on what kind of prerequisites and general terms will be critical to make such tools available and useful for both patients and the health service.
Project partners:
The partners in the Norwegian pilot are The North Norwegian health Authorities, The Norwegian Centre for Integrated care and Telemedicine and The University College of Oslo.
