Scenario Individual Plan and ICT
With basis in the need for providing users with a more comprehensive, coordinated and individually adjusted solution, there will be deveopled scenarios to illustrate how the life of people with long-lasting needs for care might turn out in the future.
Project description
Scenario building is a learning process through which people with different backgrounds extend their understanding and competence through the exchange of knowledge and opinions and through cooperation in building alternative views of the future. The process includes gathering facts about the past and present, and answering questions such as Where do we want to go? and How do we get there? as well as the identification of barriers, trends, etc.
